Man faces kidnapping and other charges in alleged sexual assault of New York woman

A 44-year-old man was arrested for the aggravated sexual assault of a New York woman. The alleged incident occurred while she was sleeping in a parked vehicle.
Along with two counts of aggravated sexual assault, Juan Gonzalez-Fuentes was charged with kidnapping, burglary, carjacking and aggravated sexual criminal contact. The 26-year-old woman was sleeping in a running car that belonged to her boyfriend. The vehicle was parked on 28th Street in Union City, New Jersey.
Gonzalez-Fuentes allegedly entered the car, drove it to downtown North Bergen and sexually assaulted the woman. He then fled the scene when she woke up.
