Arrested for DUI at JFK International Airport

Her car also struck a National Guardsman who was inside the building when the crash occurred. He sustained injuries to his leg and hand, and was transported to Jamaica Hospital for treatment. Police said Hernandez told them she had spent the night drinking. She faced the following charges:

  • Assault
  • Criminal possession of a controlled substance
  • Driving while intoxicated
  • Criminal mischief
