"Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty." Wendell Phillips, (1811 1884), abolitionist, orator and columnist for The Liberator.
It may sound corny starting your bio with a quote like that, but those words embody the exact reason that I practice the type of law I do. I don’t work for corporate clients, or for some white shoe Wall Street law firm. Never have, never will.
Instead, I spend my days making sure that the Government lives up to its promises that police officers don’t lie, that prosecutors act with some semblance of honor, and that my clients get a fair shake, even if they have done something wrong.
