James Moschella, who comes from a family of New York City Police Officers and Firefighters, has spent many years representing NYPD members and others at all levels of administrative, civil and criminal proceedings. He possesses a wealth of knowledge in the area of civil rights litigation, and frequently handles civil rights cases concerning allegations of abuse of police authority and excessive force. He has a great deal of trial experience before administrative, state and federal courts in both civil and criminal matters. Jim is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Sergeant and serving as an infantry squad leader.
